Dairy / Freezer Retail Supervisor

DAIRY / FREEZER SUPERVISOR

FULLTIME (38 HOURS)

An opportunity exists for an individual to join our team in the Dairy/Freezer Department of our busy supermarket.

Individual will take on the role of assisting the Department Manager oversee the operations of the department, specifically receiving, storing and displaying of all perishable food products, and associated products.

Applicant must be physically fit to perform duties such as;

• Product handing - repetitive movement

• Lifting and moving of products - up to 15 kilos

• Working in a cold environment - working in and out of coolers and freezers.

• Monitor & document temperature requirements.

• Maintain company policies, processes and standards. 

• Rotation, ordering and quality control of products 

• Monitor and assist with staff performance.

• You will be responsible in assisting to maintain quality, service and improve sales

As part of the management team, you must have a professional and well-presented disposition with an honest & professional work ethic.

Previous experience an advantage.
