Client Service Operator

TIMG is looking for a reliable and proactive Client Service Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for document preparation, printing, and finishing tasks, ensuring quality service delivery to our clients while working to set KPIs and deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Monday to Friday (38 hours a week). This role is based in our CBD office.

What is this role?

You’ll be known as a Client Service Operator, which means you are a fast-moving, methodical worker offering exceptional service to our clients. As part of a team, you’ll handle assignments for our legal clients. You need to:

• Ensure our understanding of the clients’ instructions
• Copy, print, and scan based on the clients’ instructions
• Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
• Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time

About you

If you are committed to providing class-leading service to clients, have strong organisational skills and systems experience, are self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our client’s expectations, then we want to hear from you.

While experience in printing and a corporate environment is a plus, it's not essential. We're happy to consider candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the role.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Have the ability to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and adjusting to changes in priority
• Be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and be prepared to go the extra mile when required
• IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Flexible working hours
