HR Officer - APAC

We are seeking for an HR Officer to join our APAC team and play a key role in delivering a seamless HR experience across the region.

This is a varied, visible and hands on role, combining HR Operations, employee support, recruitment, payroll coordination and HR projects. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, working closely with the HR Manager – APAC, and our external payroll partner.

About the Opportunity

You will take ownership of a range of HR activities including:

• Providing day-to-day HR support across the APAC region and helping create a positive and consistent employee experience.

• Coordinating recruitment activities from job adverts, CV screening through to onboarding new employees.

• Coordinating the end to end APAC payroll process in partnership with our third-party payroll provider.

• Coordinating employee changes including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and other employment related movements.

• Providing HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes and general employee matters.

• Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations, investigations and performance-related matters where required.

• Maintaining appropriate and confidential records relating to employee matters.

• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.

• Contributing to the regional HR projects and intiatives.

About You

• Demostrated experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator or similar generalist HR role.

• Experience in coordinating payroll ideally across multiple APAC countries and/or with an external payroll provider (desirable).

• A strong communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with people at all levels.

• Excellent organisational skills and a strong focus on accuracy, deadlines and follow-through.

• Discreet and trusted when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
