Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, Outpatient Services Unit.
What you'll be doing
This is an administrative role within Outpatient Services across Hornsby Hospital campus to support a busy outpatient environment that provides multidisciplinary therapies and specialist clinics. This role assists in maintaining an efficient workflow in a high demand service. The position is responsible for a range of administrative functions, such as meeting and greeting clients, answering general enquiries, directing enquiries to appropriate person/place, taking and relaying to messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in eMR, reporting service events, referral processing, registering /discharging patients in eMR, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and other tasks associated with the service. The flexibility to work in different Outpatient locations on the hospital campus is required. The Outpatient Services Unit operates Monday to Friday 08:00 to 4:30 and 07:00 to 3:30.
