About the role

As a Full-time Pool Service Technician, you'll be out on the road looking after our customers and ensuring their pools are clean, healthy and operating at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Routine residential pool servicing and cleaning

• Water testing, balancing and chemical treatment

• Diagnosing water quality and equipment issues

• Pool equipment maintenance and minor repairs

• Troubleshooting pumps, filters, chlorinators and associated equipment

• Identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Accurately recording completed work and service information

• Maintaining vehicle stock, equipment and supplies

• Managing your daily schedule efficiently

About you

• Reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their work

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Practical and enjoys hands-on problem solving

• Takes pride in completing work to a high standard

• Organised and capable of working independently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Is comfortable working outdoors and in a physical role

• Holds a current Australian driver's licence

• Works well independently while still being part of a team
