About the role:
Join our Property Infrastructure team and play a key role in ensuring the safety, compliance and operational performance of a diverse property portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Services, you will coordinate essential safety measures (ESM), preventative maintenance programs and service contract delivery across multiple sites, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality service delivery.
We're looking for a proactive facilities professional with experience in commercial property and multi-site portfolios who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of contractor management, compliance and preventative maintenance.
