Maintenance Services Officer | Lake South Village

At our new Lake South Village you will be responsible for demonstrating Warrigal’s Values and enabling our Vision through the delivery of responsive, relationship focused Property Services that support residents to live safely, comfortably and independently within the village.

In the role you will be proactive and take risk-based approach to asset management, prioritising statutory and regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance and asset condition, with reactive maintenance managed effectively to minimise disruption to residents and village operations.

The requirements | What you’ll need to do this work 

• Demonstrated high-quality delivery of property maintenance services, including preventative, reactive, statutory and compliance maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and minor projects, managing contractor compliance, procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders
• Demonstrated collaborative approach in supporting operations and resident experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate Warrigal’s values with integrity and professionalism, collaboration, and communication
• Current drivers licence
