Full Time Junior/Trade Assistant

We are currently seeking a junior/trade assistant to join our small family business in Southport. No experience necessary!

About the Role

• Cleaning and tidying workshop floor and machinery

• Prepping finalised jobs for painting/galvanising/powder coating using hand and power tools

• Re-stocking steel lengths onto shelving

• Assisting tradespeople with workshop and onsite jobs

• Manual handling of job components on workshop floor

About You

• High attention to detail

• Ability to manual handle componentry and steel materials

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years for this role

• Full Australian work rights

• Ability to work efficiently and independently

• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve

• We specialise in steel, aluminium and stainless steel fabrication

• General fabrication and small one-off jobs
