Disability Support Workers – Limestone Coast Care

Limestone Coast Care is hiring!

We are seeking reliable, caring and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to people with disability.

The role may include personal care, community access, household support, assistance with daily living and supporting participants with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Applicants must be comfortable working independently, following support plans and maintaining a calm, professional approach in a range of situations.

Availability

Applicants must be available across a 24/7 roster, which may include: -

• Morning, afternoon and evening shifts
• Weekends
• Active overnight shifts
• Passive overnight shifts

Previous disability or community services experience is highly regarded.

Requirements

Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Valid Driver’s Licence
