We have an extensive fresh food offer with onsite butchers in all stores and full scratch bakeries in our larger stores. Fresh & Save is a limited range, no frills format that aims to deliver significant savings to our customers for a full basket versus our competitors, while still stocking all the brands Aussie's know & love. About the role

Fresh & Save Richlands has a full-production bakery, creating some products from scratch along with a wide range of breads, cakes, and sweet treats. We're looking for a skilled, qualified baker to join our team and help deliver high-quality bakery products every day.

Full-Time 38 Hours (includes a Weekend day)

Above award rate for permanent Trades

Key responsibilities

• Produce bakery products from scratch including breads, cakes, and sweet treats

• Read, execute, and troubleshoot recipes

• Manage production sheets and workflow

• Focus on product quality, merchandising, and minimising shrink

• Assist across all areas of the bakery

• Maintain Food Safety and WH&S standards

About you

• Trade-qualified with experience in scratch bakery production

• Skilled in reading, executing, and troubleshooting recipes

• Familiar with production sheets and workflow management

• Focused on product quality, merchandising, and minimising shrink

• Hands-on, flexible, and willing to assist across all areas of the bakery

• Committed to Food Safety and WH&S standards

• Works well independently and as part of a team
