About the role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio while providing a high level of service to Rental Providers and Renters.
You will work closely with our experienced Property Managers and Office Management team, with ongoing support provided throughout your role.
Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 3:00pm
Part-time position, with the option of full-time hours available for the right candidate if preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end process of residential rental properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters.
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports and open homes.
Manage leasing, applications, arrears, bonds and rent reviews.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with local tradespeople.
Prepare rental property advertising and marketing.
Conduct rental appraisals and assist with new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate property records and ensure legislative requirements are met.
Respond to calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with our Property Management team to provide a high standard of service.
About You:
Certificate IV in Real Estate Services, or willingness to complete.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Professional, reliable and able to work well within a team.
