As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Disability Services Manager to lead our Disability Services portfolio and drive excellence in service delivery.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager and as a valued member of the Leadership Team, the Disability Services Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of GOC Care's disability services.
This role provides end-to-end oversight of the disability portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports that align with participant goals, needs, and NDIS requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, strengthening stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- End-to-end oversight and management of the Disability Services portfolio.
- Lead, manage, mentor and support Disability Services staff, including field workers, coordinators and office-based team members.
- Ensure participant needs, goals and supports are developed and delivered in line with individual NDIS plans.
- Oversee intake, referrals and service delivery processes.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all NDIS Practice Standards, Quality and Safeguards requirements, and organisational policies.
- Monitor service quality, outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively identify and explore growth opportunities across existing and emerging service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to support service innovation and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, families, community partners and sector peers.
- Contribute to organisational planning, annual service plans, budget development and strategic initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality and person-centred practice.Essential
Requirements
- Current Driver Licence.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
- Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
