Automated Systems Operator

Monday – Friday - Night Shift 6:00 pm to 2:06am

4 days on/4 days off - Night Shift - 12-hour Shift (Work Life balance – up to 200 days off per year for 4X4!)

We plan, design, build, own, and operate the cold storage facilities with our own people!

To support further growth, we are looking for Operators to join the maintenance team. You will be working closely with Maintenance Technicians and Operational teams working on computer systems to ensure the automated facilities and systems have maximum performance and availability in our 24/7 temperature-controlled plant.

Automation experience
Mechanical aptitude
Supply Chain experience
Knowledge of logistical and planning process and systems
Knowledge of the products and how they should be handled
Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
Possesses physical strength and flexibility
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and autonomously in a fast paced environment
Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
Computer Literacy
Actively participate and drive learning and development
