At Oswald Painting, we're looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in producing quality work, turns up every day and wants long-term consistency.

If you're reliable, confident on the sprayer and can work without being micromanaged, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll earn

• $38-$45 per hour + Super (depending on experience and ability)

• Equivalent to approximately $304-$360 per day

• Weekly pay

• Ongoing full-time work

• Opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right person

About the role

You'll be completing high-quality residential painting across new builds and repaint projects, including:

• Airless spraying

• Ceiling, wall and trim painting

• Doors and frames

• Masking and preparation

• Brush and roller work

• Maintaining a clean, professional worksite

We're looking for someone who can consistently produce a high standard of work while maintaining a good pace. We understand quality takes skill, but we also value efficiency and the ability to keep projects moving without cutting corners.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' residential painting experience

• Confident operating an airless sprayer

• Able to work independently and manage your own day

• White Card

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

• ABN

• Own basic hand tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and professional

Bonus points if you have

• Trade qualification (Cert III Painting & Decorating)

• Experience completing full new-build paint packages from spray out through to final gloss

• Experience with Titan or Graco airless sprayers
