We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful team and contribute to the continued growth of our dealership.

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right used vehicle to suit their needs and budget
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Following up sales leads and enquiries promptly
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation
• Accurately completing sales documentation and administrative requirements
• Working collaboratively with finance, business managers and the wider dealership team

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
• A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
• A current and valid driver's licence
