Our Summer Vacation Program offers you a unique opportunity to fast-track your career with hands-on experience and strong support. As an undergraduate, you will have:

• Opportunity to work gaining practical experience.
• Ongoing support from a Divisional Contracts Manager and Graduate buddy.
• Benefit from regular catch-ups with the Graduate Team and the chance to network with peers.
• Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.

Key responsibilities could include:

• Understanding the scope and commercial responsibilities of the Contracts function.
• Learning to interpret and apply head contract and subcontract terms.
• Contributing to the procurement and subcontracting process.
• Assist in supporting and managing subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Learn to identify, assess and administer variations and claims.
• Understand cost control, payment processes and commercial reporting.
• Build professional communication and negotiation skills.

What you’ll bring:

• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
• Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s) in Australia within the following areas: Business, Commerce, Law or Construction Management.
• Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
• A passion for the work we do and the desire to gain hands-on experience.
