We are currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager – Neurosurgical to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is an ideal opportunity for junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners looking to transition into the medical device industry, with strong exposure to capital equipment and associated consumables.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolioSupport new business development and manage existing customer relationshipsProvide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staffDeliver product demonstrations, training, and technical supportTroubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer supportTravel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW (short trips every 3-4 weeks)
Required
Skills and experience
Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device salesStrong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targetsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersHigh level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
Preferred
Background in healthcare, allied health, or life sciences (preferred)Knowledge and understanding of anatomy, surgery, and healthcare environments
