Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a high‑quality, child‑led educational program in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

• Create engaging learning environments and meaningful documentation of children’s progress

• Maintain professional room standards and daily operations

• Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in our team

• Bring joy to your work—have fun, connect, and teach with heart

About You

You are:

• An experienced Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor or ACECQA‑approved diploma; working towards acceptable)

• Fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification plus WWCC

• Experienced in delivering high‑quality childcare and documentation

• Proficient with childcare software (iPad and desktop)

• Takes initiative

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Passionate, well‑organised, and professional

• A team player who values relationships and knowledge‑sharing

• Ideally familiar with Montessori principles, although not essential
