Chef

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy, well-established hospitality venue.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality breakfasts and brunches, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

Working independently, you'll take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring every dish is prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen.

About the Role

· Full-time position (38 hours)

· Morning shifts from 7:00am – 2:00pm

· Weekend availability is essential

· Prepare and cook a classic café-style breakfast and brunch menu

· Manage breakfast service independently

· Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness

· Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

· 5+ years experience as a Breakfast Chef or Café Chef

· Chef or Commercial Cooking Certificate

· Confidence working independently during busy service periods

· Ability to do food costing and menu design with change of seasons

· A passion for producing consistently high-quality food

· Excellent organisation and time management skills

· A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

· A current Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
