Store Manager

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Taubmans Morley store in Perth's north-east.

With a loyal customer base, strong local trade relationships and one of the best-presented stores in our WA network, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a successful business and make it your own.

The setup

• Full-time permanent position

• Monday to Saturday roster

• Based at our Morley Trade Centre

• Company vehicle available for work-related travel

How you'll make an impact

This isn't a leadership role from behind a desk.

You'll be on the shop floor, working alongside your team, supporting customers and driving the day-to-day success of the store.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop your team

• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers

• Drive sales growth and identify local business opportunities

• Maintain high standards across service, safety and store presentation

• Manage inventory and operational performance

• Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture

• Deliver an outstanding experience for every customer, every time

Paint experience is great - but it's not essential.

We'll teach you paint.
