Talent Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team through administration, candidate management, sourcing, and recruitment coordination.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep recruitment processes moving, while also feeling comfortable picking up the phone to engage with candidates and discuss career opportunities.

At Guardian Childcare & Education, we're on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment administration across the hiring processReview applications and maintain candidate records within our recruitment systemConduct phone screening and suitability conversations with candidatesReach out to passive candidates and talent pools to discuss current opportunitiesPrepare employment documentation and support onboarding processesComplete compliance and pre-employment checksMonitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate data and reporting

What you will bring:

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar coordination roleExceptional organisational and administrative skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence communicating with candidates over the phoneA professional and engaging communication styleAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamExperience using recruitment systems or HR platforms is highly regarded
