Job Description

As a Mentor specializing in Disability Employment Australia, your primary mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment. You will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity within the workforce by providing tailored guidance, job placement services, and ongoing support to customers with disabilities. Your dedication to understanding their unique needs and collaborating with employers will bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, promoting diversity and equality in the workplace. By facilitating successful job placements and promoting workforce diversity, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and promoting a more inclusive society.

This role will be based in Innisfail with travel to Tully as required

• Must pass and have a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
