As our Energy division continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Energy Administrator to join our expanding team. The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Energy team, supporting the delivery of energy analytics, reporting and financial administration across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an integral role in ensuring the accurate processing of energy invoices, supporting reporting, maintaining system integrity and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As our Energy Administrator, you will:

• Process and validate high volumes of energy invoices, including electricity, gas and LPG accounts.

• Review billing information against contracted tariffs, historical consumption and metering data.

• Investigate billing discrepancies and work with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and support ongoing data integrity.

• Assist with monthly accruals, reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Prepare data for monthly reporting, benchmarking and analytics.

• Support sustainability reporting through the collection and validation of environmental data.

• Liaise with utility providers, landlords and internal stakeholders regarding billing enquiries and account management.

• Assist with month-end reporting and forecasting activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation within the Energy team.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in administration, data processing, finance support or a similar role.

• Experience working with high-volume transactional data, invoices or billing systems.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience within the utilities, energy or sustainability sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
