Position Summary

We have multiple Housekeeping Room Attendant positions available across several premium properties in Sydney CBD, offering you the opportunity to work in dynamic and professional hotel environments. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest cleanliness standards while working alongside supportive supervisors and leadership who value your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and assigned areas to the highest JHS and hotel standards, ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail.

• Replenish amenities, maintain equipment and trolleys, and promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards or faulty equipment.

• Follow correct procedures for stayover, departure and deep-cleaning tasks, including lost property handling and back-of-house cleanliness.

• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests, responding promptly to requests while maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in training and support the housekeeping team by performing additional duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Hotel Background: Previous housekeeping experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly regarded; experience in cleaning guest rooms and public areas preferred.

• Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with supervisors and team members; polite, friendly and respectful when interacting with guests.

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure rooms meet high cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.

• Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, pushing trolleys and standing for extended periods.

• Team-Oriented: Reliable and dependable team player who works efficiently in a fast-paced environment and supports overall housekeeping operations.
