Project Administrator | Civil Construction We are seeking an experienced

Project Administrator to join a busy civil construction project, providing essential support to the Site Manager and project team. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll play an integral part in keeping project administration, documentation, safety, and compliance running smoothly.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous experience in civil construction who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and project team
• Maintain project documentation, registers, drawings, specifications, and RFIs
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, weather logs, and equipment records
• Assist with document control, quality records, inspections, and defect reporting
• Track material deliveries and maintain accurate site records
• Support site safety and compliance by maintaining documentation, inductions, and inspection records
• Ensure project documentation aligns with company procedures and client requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, Site Clerk, or similar role within civil construction
• Strong administration and document control skills
• Understanding of construction processes and project documentation
• Experience supporting site safety, compliance, inductions, SWMS, or quality systems will be highly regarded
• Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with site teams
