Project Managers & Project Supervisors – Paste Fill Operations

Aquila Mining is seeking experienced Project Managers and Project Supervisors to lead our paste fill operations across Western Australia's Goldfields and Murchison regions.

These are dynamic, hands-on leadership opportunities within our growing organisation. We are looking for motivated, high-performing professionals who are committed to developing their careers in mine backfill and paste fill operations while contributing to the safe and successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage underground mine backfill and paste fill operations.

• Lead and coordinate operational teams to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance programs for plant and equipment.

• Manage underground paste reticulation systems and associated infrastructure.

• Build strong working relationships with client representatives and collaboratively develop work schedules.

• Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with site procedures, risk management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Previous experience in a Project Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

• Underground paste fill or underground mining experience.

• Experience in materials processing and bulk materials handling (highly regarded).

• Strong communication, organisational and computer skills.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage small operational teams.

• Ability to meet site access requirements, including a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical, Drug & Alcohol Screening and a current Manual C class Driver's Licence.

• Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification.
