FriendlyCare Pharmacy Sandgate is looking for a motivated and community-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in an established community pharmacy.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day pharmacy operations while being supported by the wider FriendlyCare Management team.

💊 About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the professional and operational leadership of the pharmacy, including:

• Leading, supporting and developing the pharmacy team

• Delivering a high standard of patient care and customer service

• Dispensing medications and providing professional patient counselling

• Providing vaccination services as part of our established vaccinating pharmacy

• Managing pharmacy workflow and day-to-day operations

• Driving professional services and pharmacy programs

• Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare professionals

• Supporting team performance, training and development

• Maintaining professional, regulatory and company standards

• Working closely with FriendlyCare Management to achieve pharmacy goals

👩‍⚕️ About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

• Is qualified and accredited to provide vaccinations

• Has strong leadership and communication skills

• Is passionate about community pharmacy and patient care

• Is organised, approachable and confident managing a team

• Has excellent attention to detail and professional standards

• Enjoys developing people and creating a positive team environment

• Has pharmacy management experience or is ready to take the next step into management
