What you'll have

• Previous experience Building Management or Concierge experience is preferred.

• Experience in a customer facing role is a must.

• Previous trade background would be advantageous, but not necessary.

• A passion for learning and self-improvement.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal).
