About the Role
  
We are seeking a professional, empathetic and organised Customer Service professional to join our Family Care Team on a full-time basis.
You will be a key point of contact for prospective, new and existing families, managing inbound enquiries and providing a warm, professional and seamless customer experience across our network of early learning centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and family enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Support families with enrolments, availability, fees, CCS and general centre information
• Build rapport and provide empathetic, solution-focused support
• Take ownership of enquiries and guide families through the appropriate next steps
• Accurately record information and update CRM/Kidsoft systems
• Manage complaints, sensitive matters and escalations appropriately
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality and child safety standards
• Work collaboratively with centres and the Family Care Team

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Professional, empathetic and customer-focused
• Able to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Experience in early childhood, education or a regulated industry is highly regarded
• Available to work full-time
