Inbound Retail Sales - Building Material Supplies

THE COMPANY

Future Fence is a disruptive building materials supplier that is a current candidate for the Australian Financial Review's 2026 list of fastest growing companies under 5 years old. We design and supply modular aluminium fencing and gate solutions that service both the trade and DIY markets.

THE POSITION

As Future Fence's Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound sales calls and walk-ins at our Geebung showroom. This is a fast paced position for someone who can confidently manage multiple tasks and is comfortable speaking to a wide range of customers.

Key functions of the role include:

• Educating customers on the Future Fence product range
• Estimating materials and issuing supply-only quotations
• Taking inbound sales calls and online quote requests
• Providing general customer support

REMUNERATION

Because Future Fence is a rapidly growing company, we provide a unique opportunity for employees to earn substantial bonus payments every quarter. Your remuneration will comprise of a base salary, plus a quarterly bonus linked to your own Key Performance Indicators.

OTE: $100,000 + Superannuation ($80,000 + $20,000 in KPI dependent bonuses paid quarterly).

THE APPLICANT:

• Essential - A confident person with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Essential - Strong computer skills to engage with our eCommerce and Inventory Software
• Essential - Basic knowledge of building methods or building design to educate both retail and trade clients
• Desirable - Experience in retail sales and/or building industry

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
