About the Role

As a Hair Stylist, you will:

• Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for babies, children, and teenagers.

• Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience for every child.

• Build positive relationships with children and their families.

• Be patient, caring, and confident working with children of all personalities and needs, including those with sensory sensitivities.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon and retail targets.

• Qualified Hairdresser with relevant salon experience.

• A genuine passion for working with children.

• Friendly, patient, and positive personality.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Availability to work weekends and late-night trading as required.
