Diploma & Certificate III Educators

At our Service, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-6 years. We believe in the power of early childhood education and the impact it has on a child's development. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities

• Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
