Retail Sales Assistant/CPAP Therapy Consultant

Are you passionate about patient care, sales, and health education? Air Liquide Healthcare is looking for a Retail / CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team in Bondi!

We are a trusted leader in medical gases, sleep diagnostics, and CPAP therapy. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients and doctors to provide personalized care and guidance for sleep apnea treatments.

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Patient Care & Support: Welcome new and returning clients, answer questions, and provide follow-up care for sleep apnea treatments.

• Consultations & Equipment Setup: Guide patients on CPAP equipment, help with setups, and conduct diagnostic sleep evaluations.

• Education & Sales: Educate patients and families on sleep disorders while recommending and selling relevant sleep products and services.

• Clinic Administration: Manage stock, handle administrative tasks, clean and sterilize clinic equipment, and collaborate with referring healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For (Are You a Match?)

• Customer Service Focus: Proven experience in customer-facing roles across retail, sales, or administration.

• Communication & Admin Skills: Strong organizational skills and clear, compassionate communication.

• Interest in Healthcare: A strong interest in sleep medicine and CPAP therapy (we provide product training!).

• Eligibility: Valid rights to work in Australia (background checks required).
