WE’RE HIRING — PATIENT COORDINATOR / FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

3–4 days per week | Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast

Mint Dental is a growing, modern dental practice in Mudgeeraba, and we’re looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

This is more than simply answering phones and booking appointments.

You’ll play an important role in creating an amazing experience for our patients and helping our practice run smoothly behind the scenes.

Your role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the patient journey, including:

• Welcoming and looking after our patients
• Answering phones and managing enquiries
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Treatment follow-up and patient communication
• Recall and reactivation
• Helping keep the appointment book running smoothly
• Coordinating with our dentists and clinical team
• Helping patients understand their treatment and next steps
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
• Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience

Dental experience is highly regarded, but personality and attitude are just as important to us.
