LEADER BAND B-1 - CRAIGMORE HS -TAILORED LEARNING LEADER

Position Descriptor:
The Tailored Learning Leader works collaboratively with the school leadership team, staff, and students to implement initiatives aligned with the Site Learning Plan and manage critical incidents. This role leads the design, implementation, and ongoing review of the Tailored Learning program, focusing on improving student engagement and attendance by addressing academic, social, and emotional needs. Responsibilities include overseeing student identification, enrolment, support, and SACE/Modified SACE processes to ensure all Tailored Learning students are appropriately supported and able to achieve successful outcomes.
