Through our well-known Concrete Colour Systems and Render Systems Australia brands, we proudly service specialist tradespeople throughout Australia.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Trade Hub Operator to join our team at our 400m² Geebung trade hub.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has practical warehouse experience, and takes pride in providing excellent service to trade customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will be varied, combining customer service, administration, warehouse and dispatch duties, including:

• Serving customers over the counter and building strong relationships with our regular trade customers.

• Taking customer orders and responding to product and order enquiries.

• Preparing invoices and delivery dockets.

• Entering and maintaining accurate stock and order information.

• Picking and preparing customer orders.

• Loading and unloading pallets and products.

• Safely loading customer vehicles and commercial trucks using a forklift.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe trade centre.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with professional tradespeople.

• Reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a supportive team.

• Comfortable working in a busy trade/warehouse environment.

• Physically capable of regular manual handling, including lifting 20kg bags and buckets.

• Safety-conscious and takes pride in maintaining a tidy workplace.

• Comfortable using computers for basic stock control, invoicing and order processing.

Previous experience in a paint store, hardware store, trade center, flooring, rendering, plastering or construction materials environment will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirement

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence – essential.
