We are now positioned to bring in a Team Manager for our Life Sciences divisions to drive the growth, performance and strategic direction of the team while continuing to strengthen our client relationships and project delivery capabilities.

About the Role:
Reporting into our Industry Manager - Life Sciences and playing a critical role in our success, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement and professional development.
• Remaining actively involved in project delivery through engineering, project management and technical leadership activities, providing support and guidance across key client engagements as required.
• Providing leadership and oversight across complex technical programs, ensuring high-quality delivery within highly regulated industries and quality-critical environments.
• Working closely with the Industry Manager - Life Sciences to drive the growth of the division, identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships and supporting the achievement of key business objectives.
• Managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery against client expectations, commercial objectives and business performance targets.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts, while driving business development activities and supporting proposal development.
• Overseeing resource planning and team utilisation, ensuring capability and capacity are effectively aligned to current and future project demands.
   

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, preferably Process, Chemical, Mechanical or a related discipline.
• You will have a hands-on and collaborative leadership style, with demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• You will possess a commercial mindset, with the ability to identify emerging opportunities, expand service offerings and utilise a "win-win" approach to client relationships.
• You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, with demonstrated success in business development, key account management and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Engineering Consultancy experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
