Tasks and duties:

• Stacking, clearing and operating the dishwasher according to kitchen procedures

• Basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef

• Hand washing items unable to be cleaned in the dishwasher

• Cleaning dishwasher and maintain a clean work area in the kitchen

About You

To be successful, you will:  

• Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills

• Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment

• Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment

• Willing to learn and develop your skills
