Our delicately crafted dishes never fail to deliver bursts of flavour and colour because we use only an authentic mix of herbs, spices and fresh produce, cooked according to traditional recipes. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Malaysian cuisine, including wok-fried dishes, curries, noodles, rice dishes, and side items, following PappaRich franchise recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare ingredients by cutting, marinating, seasoning, and portioning meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
• Implement FIFO (First

In, First Out) stock rotation to minimise food waste and maintain product freshness.

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout each shift and complete end-of-day cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service.

Essential Skills & Key Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain consistency during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills within a kitchen environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial cooking experience in a busy restaurant or commercial kitchen.
• Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, Diploma of Hospitality Management, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian cuisine, including wok cooking, curries, noodle dishes, rice dishes, and food preparation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $78000-$85000/year +Super
