Retail Supervisor

Poolwerx Mundaring is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our friendly store team.

We're looking for someone mature, reliable and confident who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys keeping things organised, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of our retail store

• Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone and by email

• Performing professional pool water testing and recommending solutions

• Processing sales, quotations and customer orders

• Maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays

• Coaching and supporting retail team members

• Working closely with our service technicians to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Helping achieve store sales and operational targets

Retail management or supervisory experience is highly regarded, but attitude, work ethic and leadership ability are what matter most.

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Full Australian working rights

• Ability to lift up to 20kg when required

• Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
