About the position
The Leading Worker Arboriculture is responsible for leading and supporting a team dedicated to the safe and professional delivery of programmed and reactive arboriculture works.
These programs will be delivered to you via Forestree and actioned by yourself and your team using various plant and machinery such as chainsaws, wood chippers, EWPs and trucks.
You will use your experience and leadership qualities to help train and up-skill your team whilst contributing to a culture that promotes safety and well-being.

Salary range is between $78,640 and $79,899 (Grade 7) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. Opportunity to develop and progress through Grades!
The remuneration will shortly be increased in-line with our Field Staff Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
