Credentialed Pharmacist (HMR, RMMR, QUM, ACOP)

About the role

DMI Pharmacy Consultants is seeking Credentialed Pharmacists to join our team in Perth and surrounding area. These are flexible positions, which can be full time, part time, casual or contract depending on your preference.

What you'll be doing

• Providing HMR services and/or

• Providing RMMR services and/or

• Providing ACOP services

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Staying up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical developments and best practices

• Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs

What we're looking for

• Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Australia

• Accreditation for MMR services with a credentialing body

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacy practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care
