Burrendah Primary School, in Willetton, caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school reflects our aspiration to see our students achieve to the best of their ability, by providing a supportive learning environment.
We celebrate cultural diversity, providing a comprehensive support program for students who are learning Standard Australian English as over half of our student population speak English as a second language.

The Role
The Cleaner in Charge would be responsible for organising and supervising the school cleaning staff including the relief for staff on leave, rosters and highlighting issues and concerns on behalf of cleaners, they will manage cleaners time books and organise on the job training of new and current cleaning staff. They will work as a team with school staff including the gardener and manage staff performance in consultation with the Manager Corporate Services.
The successful applicant will ideally have good attention to detail and will be able to work well with others to ensure a clean and safe school environment. The successful applicant should be reliable and trustworthy, have good interpersonal and team motivational skills and be happy to receive and carry out instructions as required. The successful applicant will be responsible for making online purchases and completing appropriate financial documentation, together with keeping within the prescribed budget.
