Painter - Maintenance

Our NSW residential properties span from Western Sydney to the Eastern Suburbs and all the way through to the Northern Beaches. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Painters to join our maintenance team.

The successful applicants will have:

• previous experience in a similar role as Maintenance Painter (preferred) 
• have the passion and pride to deliver an excellent finished product
• Trade certificate in Painting (or willing to obtain this as soon as possible). 
• Experience with epoxy and/or parking line marking would be an advantage 
• Ability to work independently at a fast pace 

The work will be a combination of special projects (renovations) and ongoing maintenance.

You will display:

• great organizational and time management skills, 
• high attention to detail, and 
• the ability to work unsupervised. 
• a professional approach to residents and other staff members, while carrying out your daily tasks

You must be willing to assist with other maintenance tasks when required, in addition to painting.

This role is full time position Monday to Friday. You may be involved in working across multiple Meriton sites and have your own transport.
