Office Admin Representative

Water Warriors Plumbing is family run business ran locally within the Inner West of Sydney. WWP is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, reliable and computer-savvy person to assist with the day-to-day administration of our business.

This is a casual position working approximately two days per week and would suit someone looking for flexible part-time work within a friendly, growing trade business.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Training, systems and processes will be provided.

Working closely with the Director and our team, you’ll help keep our office administration organised and ensure customers, jobs and important documents are followed up properly.

Your responsibilities will gradually include:

• Managing emails and general administrative follow-up

• Answering occasional calls and responding to customer enquiries

• Updating customer and job information

• Organising documents, folders, templates and reports

• Assisting with invoices, receipts and basic finance administration

• Helping prepare compliance and tender documentation

• Supporting basic marketing and business development activities

• Following up outstanding information with customers, suppliers and team members

• Learning and using our cloud-based business systems

You won’t be expected to handle everything immediately. Responsibilities will be introduced gradually as you become comfortable and confident in the role.

Previous administration or customer service experience would be helpful, but it is not essential for the right person.

Experience with Google Workspace, Xero, CRM systems or working in a trade business would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
