Leisure Booking Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Leisure Booking Coordinator to assist clients with researching and coordinating leisure-related reservations and services. This role involves understanding individual preferences, reviewing available options, and helping organize arrangements from initial request through confirmation.

The ideal candidate enjoys research, customer interaction, and keeping important details organized.

Key Responsibilities

Gather information regarding client preferences and requestsResearch available accommodations, activities, transportation, and related optionsAssist with coordinating booking arrangementsReview reservation information for accuracyCommunicate confirmations and important details to clientsAssist with adjustments, modifications, and special requestsMaintain organized booking records and client informationFollow up when additional information is requiredCommunicate with suppliers and service providers as neededProvide timely and professional client support
