We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across Victoria, taking ownership of a well-established portfolio while creating new opportunities through strong broker relationships and business development activity.

The Opportunity

Working within the third-party broker channel, you'll build trusted relationships with commercial finance brokers, identify new business opportunities, and help deliver tailored asset finance solutions for customers.

This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the market, creating opportunities, and growing their own book of business while being supported by a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing relationships within an established broker network
• Identifying and onboarding new broker partners
• Driving asset finance settlements and portfolio growth
• Providing exceptional service and support to broker partners
• Representing the business at industry and networking events
• Collaborating with credit and operations teams to deliver great outcomes

What You'll Bring

You'll bring proven success as a Business Development Manager within asset finance, along with strong experience working within the third-party broker channel.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated asset finance BDM experience
• Existing relationships within the broker market
• Strong commercial acumen and sales capability
• A proactive, results-focused mindset
• The drive to build and grow a high-performing portfolio
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
