We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our growing precast team as a Steel Reinforcement Sales Supervisor, based at Mawsons Griffith Concrete site.

This is a hands-on and varied role, suited to someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well with both customers and internal teams.   This role may also require travel and time away to support other Mawsons concrete sites and project work when required.   

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service and support to internal and external customers

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the steel reinforcement section

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

• Preparing reports and completing general administrative tasks

• Assisting with the coordination of orders, materials and customer enquiries

• Providing occasional support within the precast facility as required

Essential Criteria:

• HR drivers licence

• A professional and positive attitude

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• A current drivers licence

• Proficient computer literacy

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

 Desirable Criteria:

• Previous building industry experience / the ability to read building plans

• HRW – LF (Forklift) Licence

• HRW - CV (Vehicle Loading Crane) Licence (or higher)

• White Card
