About the role
About The Role:
This is where analytics, strategy and spatial intelligence come together. You’ll lead a multi-skilled team that turns data, location and technology into actionable intelligence that helps Council make better decisions, invest wisely and deliver better outcomes for our community.
You will shape how Council uses data, analytics and spatial intelligence to understand performance, plan investment, understand our City, engage with our community and improve how we work - using the simplest fit-for-purpose tools and progressively building capability across dashboards, GIS, StoryMaps, automation, AI and emerging data-platform capability.
The opportunity ranges from enterprise performance and capital investment intelligence through to place-based analytics, field-service optimisation, digital community engagement and emerging 3D spatial capability.
Most importantly, you will lead: setting direction, developing people, prioritising effort and working across Council to make sure we focus on the problems and opportunities that create the most value.
