Just Focus Pty Ltd is a fast-growing national building services and facilities management company delivering maintenance, repairs and minor works across commercial and institutional environments.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our South Australian team and take ownership of projects from scoping and quoting through to delivery, client sign-off and final handover.

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple building maintenance and minor works projects.

• Reviewing work orders, scopes, SORs and client requirements.

• Conducting site inspections and preparing accurate quotes.

• Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors.

• Managing project budgets, timelines, variations and quality.

• Ensuring works meet safety, compliance and contractual requirements.

• Managing client relationships and resolving issues.

• Obtaining required certifications, documentation and client sign-offs.

• Identifying additional works and opportunities for business growth.

• Ensuring completed projects are properly handed over for invoicing.

To be successful, you will have:

• 3–5 years' experience in building services, facilities maintenance, construction or project management.

• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Building Services or a related field.

• Builder Licence in one or more Australian states.

• Relevant trade qualification/certification.

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, SORs, Australian Standards and WHS/OHS requirements.

• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

• Experience with scheduling, maintenance management or client portal systems.

• Current National Police Check

• Working With Children Check

• Relevant licences and certifications

• Any project-specific security clearances as required
